Puppy Explorer Course – Terms & Conditions
1. Course Overview
The Puppy Explorer Course is a structured enrichment program designed for young puppies. By enrolling, you agree to these terms.
2. Eligibility & Health
- Puppies must be within the specified age range at the start of the course.
- All puppies must have received their first set of vaccinations (proof may be required).
- Puppies must be in good health and free from contagious illnesses or parasites.
3. Course Structure
The course consists of scheduled weekly sessions. Duration and content are fixed as per the course description. Missed sessions are non-refundable and cannot be caught up on a one-to-one basis.
4. Booking & Payment
- The full course fee is payable at the time of booking to secure your place.
- Spaces are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Payments are processed securely via our booking platform.
5. Cancellations & Refunds
- Cancellations made more than 14 days before the course starts are eligible for a partial refund (less administration fees).
- No refunds will be provided for cancellations made within 14 days of the start date or after the course has commenced.
6. Supervision & Safety
- One adult handler per puppy is required. Children may attend but must be under constant adult supervision.
- All handlers must follow the instructor's directions and safety guidelines at all times.
- We reserve the right to remove any puppy displaying aggressive or highly disruptive behaviour for the safety of others.
7. Equipment & Treats
Handlers must bring high-value treats and any specified equipment (harness/lead). No choke chains, prong collars, or electronic training devices are permitted in the sensory environment.
8. Liability
Handlers attend at their own risk. Sensory Dogs Ltd is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage to persons, puppies, or property during the course, except where required by law.
9. Privacy and Media
We may take photos or videos for training and promotional purposes. If you do not wish to be included, please notify us in writing before the course begins.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms from time to time. Enrolled participants will be notified of any significant changes.
