Subscriptions Terms & Conditions

1. Overview

Our subscriptions provide discounted access to secure room hire sessions on a monthly subscription basis. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to these terms.

2. Subscription Plans

We offer the following monthly plans: 2 sessions per month (5% discount), 4 sessions per month (10% discount), and 8 sessions per month (15% discount). Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance and renew automatically.

3. Use of Sessions

  • Sessions are valid only within the active billing period.
  • Unused sessions do not roll over to the next month unless stated otherwise.
  • Sessions are non-transferable and must be used by the account holder.

4. Booking & Availability

  • All sessions must be booked in advance via our booking system.
  • Bookings are subject to availability.
  • Subscription does not guarantee access to specific dates or times.

5. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Bookings may be cancelled or rescheduled up to 24 hours before the session.
  • Late cancellations and no-shows will result in the session being deducted, rescheduling will be at our discretion.

6. Dogs Per Session

  • Each session allows a maximum of 3 dogs.
  • The booking holder is responsible for all dogs attending the session.

7. Food Option

  • Food is optional and can be added per session at £2 per dog, per session.

8. Payments

  • Subscription fees are charged monthly via automatic payment. Failure to make payment may result in suspension or cancellation.

9. Subscription Cancellation

  • Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time, taking effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are given for unused sessions.

10. Changes to Subscription

  • We reserve the right to update pricing, plans, or terms with reasonable notice. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

11. Fair Use

  • Subscriptions are for personal use only. We reserve the right to suspend accounts for misuse.

12. General

  • All customers must follow site rules and safety guidelines at all times. We reserve the right to refuse service.
